Tax Policy
Texas state residents are subject to sales tax.
Most items are shipped from our warehouse by USPS or UPS. 48 continental/contiguous states address expect to arrive in 3 to 8 business days after we receiving your order. (excludes weekends and major holidays). Listed shipping rate applies to lower 48 continental states only. There is extra shipping charge for each unit shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO addresses. Buyer is responsible to provide accurate address. Any order which was returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address will be refunded less 2 way shipping cost. If buyer refused package since he does not want the order anymore, buyer is responsible for 2 way shipping.

To ensure customers are satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Digiair, we accept returns within 45 days for a refund or replacement. Digiair will not responsible for any return exceeding 45 calendar days from the date of purchase. RMA# must be requested for return. Return must be received within 20 days of RMA# issued.

Product Condition:

  • Returned package must be kept in the original condition, with the complete items, accessories, documentations, etc included.

RMA Number:

  • To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. The RMA # will be valid for 10 days after it is issued. Please contact us for it. Return shipments without a valid RMA# will be refused.

Refund & Exchanges:

  • For item returned in original condition, 15% restocking fee will be collected. Any item that has been installed or is not in its original condition: 20% restocking fee. Any item that does not contain original packaging, manuals, hardware and accessories: 20% restocking fee plus any fee associated with replacement of the missing or damaged items. Please note that the actual shipping and handling fee collected to carrier is nonrefundable, including Free-shipping items. Buyer is responsible for the return charges. For exchange returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for the return and re-shipping charges, no restocking fee plus.

Defective Products:

  • If the product was discovered defective, please take pictures of the defective items for investigation purpose and contact us within 72 hours from the receipt day. Digiair would replace new one after receiving return items and undertake the re-shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for the return charges.

Damaged Products:

  • If the product was discovered damaged in the transit, please take pictures of the damaged items for investigation purpose and contact us within 72 hours from the receipt day. We will file damage claim to carrier for customers. Digiair will not responsible for any loss if the carrier refuses shipping damage claims. Any damaged products only can be replaced with the same models. Digiair does not refund for returns of damaged items.

Note:

  • The shipping charges and restock fees will be deducted from the refund fees. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the items.
  • Please follow the normal return procedure for a fast service. We have the right to refuse return if the guidelines above are not met.
